Community Viewing of the State Funeral for President Carter

Thursday, January 9, 2025 – 10:00am ET

In honor of President Jimmy Carter, Boston-area community members are invited to watch the late President’s state funeral at the Kennedy Institute in observance of Thursday’s National Day of Mourning.

Doors will open at 9:45am with streaming of the state funeral to commence at 10:00am. No RSVP is necessary – walk-ins welcome for this free remembrance event.

We hope you can join the Institute for this solemn occasion, an opportunity for the community to pay their respects and honor President Carter’s legacy and dedication to public service.
